Product introduction
Compression springs are the most common type of spring. Most compression springs are cylindrical and linear in shape, but conical, barrel, medium convex and medium concave shapes also belong to this type. The design can be adapted to meet a wide range of requirements regarding spring characteristics.
We offer custom springs. The material grades cover the entire range from ordinary spring steel to nickel alloys and titanium alloys. Our cold wound springs are available in wire diameters up to 18mm and hot coils can be used to make larger springs up to 80mm.
Processes such as heat treatment, shot peening and pre-setting can be adapted to the requirements. We offer different surface treatments for corrosion resistance requirements or for the desired visual appearance.
